Sourced from the pristine mountainous terraces of South Khorasan in Iran, Pofaki Zereshk represents the gold standard of Persian culinary berries. Harvested with branches and gently shade-dried over several months in darkness, these barberries maintain their puffed ruby spherical shape and intense jewel-like crimson color without oxidization. Renowned for extraordinary antioxidant levels (ORAC value) and berberine content, Zereshk provides an electric, citrusy-tart contrast to pilafs, roasted poultry, salads, and artisan baked goods. FSSAI approved, washed, and packed in fresh nitrogen-flushed zip barrier pouches.
